Don't feel like making a trip to the library? You can borrow and watch, read, or listen from anywhere you have an internet connection using your tablet, computer, smartphone or other device.

Access libby

OverDrive offers downloadable eBooks (in a variety of formats), Audiobooks, videos and magazine for mobile devices, readers, and computers. It even offers access to streaming films through Kanopy. 

1. Download the app or visit the website:
   1. Overdrive's Libby app (available on Android and iOS devices)
   2. OverDrive.com (for any user on a Windows or Mac computer or a Kindle device)
2.  From the library selection drop down box on the left, choose "All Users (Except CMC)", and then enter your library card number and password.
3. Click login, and start browsing the available titles and services.

Streaming Video

Login to Kanopy

Kanopy offers streaming video.  Choose from thousands of independent films, classics, documentaries, and more.

1. Go to Kanopy and sign up. You can create an account using your Facebook login, Google login, or your email address.
2. Add your Basalt Regional Library card number immediately following signup (if using Facebook or Google), or after clicking the email verification link sent to your email (if using your email address). You library card password will also be required. 
3. Start watching films.

Craftsy offers streaming interactive classes.  Home to a collective group of curious, driven doers who believe in the power of creating. With tailored project kits, step-by-step expert instruction and timely lessons, you can make things you’re proud of!

1. Download the libby app or visit the website:
   1. Libby app (available on Android and iOS devices)
   2. Visit Craftsy or Craftsy en Español
2. Click on "Get A Pass"
3. Log in with your library car number and password. 
4. Get crafting!
