Wireless Printing

Upload​

1. Click here.
2. Choose a printer based on your needs.
3. Enter your email address. 
4. Upload the document you need printed. 
5. Click the green printer icon. 
6. You will see the status of your print job. 
7. ​Documents will be held in the Queue for 24 hours. 
8. Stop by the front desk to pay for and pick up your print job. 

App

1. Download the PrinterOn App from your mobile device's app store. 
2. Open the app on your mobile device. 
3. Select a printer by tapping on the bar at the bottom of the screen. Search for Basalt Library, or use the map to find the library.
4. Select the type of print job you need (document, email, photo or url). You may need to allow the app to access your files. 
5. Tap Print.
6. Enter your email address and tap the checkmark in the top right corner.
7. ​Documents will be held in the Queue for 24 hours. 
8. Stop by the front desk to pay for and pick up your print job.

Email

1. Compose an email with the attachment you need printed. 
2. Email must have a subject for print to work. This can be your name, your document name, or something along the lines of "print this".
3. Send the email to the appropriate address, depending on your needs: 
   1. Single-sided Black & White email

   2. Double-sided Black & White email
      ​[email protected]
   3. Single-sided Color email 
      [email protected]
   4. Double-sided Color email 
      ​[email protected]
4. ​Documents will be held in the Queue for 24 hours. 
5. Stop by the front desk to pay for and pick up your print job.
